Our story

AERONEXT was founded in 2026 by Jens Konradi and Klaus Jäger — out of the conviction that operators of air handling systems need a partner who acts fast, independently and hands-on.

Together, the two founders bring over three decades of experience in waste management, recycling and plant engineering. The result is a young company with the know-how of industry insiders — agile, with short lines of communication and direct contacts.

Managing Director

With more than 20 years of experience in the waste-management and recycling industry, seven of them in plant engineering, Jens Konradi brings comprehensive expertise in waste management, the circular economy, and the planning and optimisation of recycling plants.

His focus is on efficient, sustainable solutions that combine ecological and economic goals — with an eye on innovative technologies, process optimisation and compliance-driven strategies.

Klaus Jäger

Managing Director

“Downtime is expensive.” This is the principle Klaus Jäger works by.

With over 15 years of experience in the waste-management sector — first directly on the equipment, then responsible for service, inspection and procurement — he knows operational problems first-hand. His areas of expertise are dust filters, air classifiers, sorting-cabin ventilation and activated-carbon filters.

At AERONEXT, he stands for service that looks ahead rather than merely reacting.
